Upfront Fee Model: Influencers qualifying for upfront campaigns will receive 50% of their fee upon campaign approval and the remaining 50% after their 10th sale. Payments are processed within five (5) business days of meeting the respective milestone.
Cost-Per-Sale (CPS) Model: Influencers will receive payments based on the number of units sold. CPS rates are disbursed monthly for the previous month’s sales. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
Net Sales Model: Influencers will earn a percentage of net sales revenues from their campaigns. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
Hybrid Model: Influencers receive payments based on the number of units sold plus up to 6% of net sales revenues. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
Payment Methods
Payments to influencers will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the banking details provided during registration.
Roaring Rocket is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect banking details provided by influencers.
Deductions and Adjustments
Payments are subject to applicable South African taxes, including VAT, if required.
Roaring Rocket reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds requested by customers for products sold will affect influencer commissions. The refunded amount will be deducted from future payments.
If chargebacks occur, Roaring Rocket reserves the right to recover the chargeback amount from the influencer’s next payout.
Brand Payment Terms
Brands are required to make payments for campaigns upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Campaign costs are detailed in the Roaring Rocket contract agreement.
Payments must be made via EFT. Access to campaign tools or influencer collaboration will not begin until payment is confirmed.
Payment Disputes
Payment disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment date. Roaring Rocket will respond to disputes within 10 business days.
Currency
All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed in advance.
